  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

  • United States:
    Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days

  • International Orders:
    Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days, depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. DeepPulse Recovery is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance (international orders)

  • Peak shipping seasons or holidays


Lost or Stolen Packages

DeepPulse Recovery is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
