We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable if opened or used:
Personal wellness and recovery devices
Clearance or final sale items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We’ll work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Contact your payment provider
